First of all it is necessary to differentiate all the varieties that exist. What differences it has between the original pieces, old or used antiques, retorts and pieces. Also we can today find in the market made pieces, that being aged they pretend to be antiques. To know how to distinguish a type of the other is an arduous task that requires long time. Those professionals who dedicate themselves to the union do not even know to distinguish all the origins. Nevertheless, made in the present time and with the same quality and the Retort process long ago equal (generally in mahogany or walnut), have the same aspect that the antiquity and does not have to worry on if it has or not that age.
